Who handles your information
Gripping Inc. operates SAJULORE under the AIFS service brand. Our address is 26 Broadway, Suite 934 F79, New York, NY 10004, United States. This policy covers sajulore.com. Arodam is a separate branded service; using SAJULORE does not enroll you in Arodam marketing. Contact us through Support or by post for privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
We process your name or display name, birth date, birth time or time-unknown choice, selected birth city, sex used for traditional cycle calculation, optional questions, and any partner details you choose to provide with permission. These details can be personal and sensitive to you. Do not include government IDs, payment-card information, medical records or private messages in your question.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, we receive the account identifier, email address and basic profile information Google makes available, such as your name and picture. We do not request access to Gmail, your contacts, calendar or Google Drive. We use sign-in information for your account, account security and service communications. Google’s processing is governed by its own privacy policy.
Transactions and technical information
We keep order identifiers, product and price information, payment status, policy acceptance records, reading progress and completed readings. Stripe handles card details; our application does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request information, device or browser details and error logs to deliver and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to calculate your chart, prepare and deliver your selected reading, save your purchases, respond to requests, recover interrupted orders, detect abuse, maintain security, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not use a Saju reading to make employment, credit, insurance, housing or other eligibility decisions about you.
AI-assisted readings
Relevant birth-chart facts and the question you supply are processed by our AI service providers through Vercel AI Gateway to prepare your reading. We minimize unnecessary direct identifiers in these requests. AI output is interpretive and may be inaccurate. We do not send card details or Google credentials to the reading model.
Service providers and disclosures
Our providers include Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and AI Gateway, OpenAI for reading generation, and Stripe for payments. They receive the information needed for their functions under their applicable terms and our arrangements. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Cookies, storage and marketing
We use authentication cookies and essential browser storage. A birth-form draft is kept in this browser tab’s session storage so you can return from sign-in. When you return to the form, drafts older than one hour are discarded. It is also cleared after checkout begins or when the tab session ends. We do not currently run advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising on SAJULORE. Signing in or purchasing does not subscribe you to promotional emails. Any future optional marketing must offer a separate choice and a way to withdraw it.
Sale, sharing and signals
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not respond to a browser’s older Do Not Track setting by changing essential service processing. Global Privacy Control signals do not disable essential functions; if sale or advertising sharing is introduced, we will provide applicable opt-out controls and honor legally recognized signals.
Retention and deletion
We retain account details and readings while needed to provide your account and purchases. You may request account or reading deletion through Support. Transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute and compliance records may be retained where there is a legitimate need or legal requirement after account deletion; those records are restricted to those purposes. Backups are removed through provider retention cycles. We do not promise immediate deletion from all backups.
Your privacy choices
You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your information through Support. Depending on your state and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including an appeal of a denied request, restrictions on certain processing and protection from discrimination for exercising a right. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf. We verify requests in a proportionate way and respond within applicable legal timelines. We will explain a refusal and how to appeal it.
International processing and security
We are a US company and our providers may process data in the United States, South Korea and other countries where they operate. Protections may differ from those where you live. We use access controls, encrypted transport and other reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Contact Support if you believe your account or information is at risk.
Children and policy changes
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. We will post updates here and give additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change.
