Who we are
SAJULORE is an AIFS service operated by Gripping Inc., 26 Broadway, Suite 934 F79, New York, NY 10004, United States. These Terms govern your use of sajulore.com and your purchases from Gripping Inc. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Gripping Inc. You may contact us through the Support page or by post at this address.
Your agreement
Please read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy before purchasing. By expressly accepting them at checkout, you enter into an agreement with Gripping Inc. for the reading described in your order. Browsing the site does not authorize a payment. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a reading.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Do not submit birth details about a person under 18. You may use the service only where it is lawful.
What the service provides
We provide digital Saju readings for entertainment, cultural exploration and personal reflection. Saju is an interpretive tradition, not a scientifically validated method of predicting events. Readings are prepared with AI assistance using calculated birth-chart information. Named guides are fictional characters, not live practitioners. We do not claim occult powers, offer to change fate, remove curses, or guarantee romance, wealth, health or other outcomes.
Your decisions
Readings are not medical, mental-health, financial, investment, legal or other licensed professional advice. Do not rely on a reading as the sole basis for a consequential decision. A relationship reading cannot verify another person’s private thoughts, consent or future behavior. Respect another person’s boundaries and do not use the service to harass them.
Birth information and accounts
Provide accurate information and review it before paying. Timezone, daylight saving time, calendar conventions and an unknown birth time can affect a chart. We will identify material limitations. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and should protect your Google account. Contact Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Other people’s information
Only submit another adult’s information if you have their permission and a lawful basis to do so. Do not submit private communications or sensitive medical, financial or identifying documents in your question. We may refuse or remove information submitted without permission.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Each purchase is a one-time payment for the stated reading; it does not create a subscription. Stripe processes payment. The final checkout displays the amount and any applicable taxes before you authorize payment. AIFS may appear on your card statement. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international fees independently of us.
Delivery, interruptions and refunds
After payment is verified, we prepare your reading and save it to your account. Your order page shows its progress. If generation is interrupted, we may resume or retry the same order without charging again. Review the Refund Policy for cancellation, missing content, duplicate payments and materially defective readings. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Your reading and our content
You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us permission to process it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to access and save the reading you purchase. Do not resell our content, impersonate the service, bypass access controls, scrape private data or interfere with the service.
Suspension and service changes
We may restrict access reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents or legal violations. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and offer a way to contact us. Restrictions do not remove valid refund rights. If we permanently discontinue access to purchased content, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an opportunity to save it or an appropriate remedy.
Disclaimers and responsibility
We use reasonable care to provide the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that a reading will match your circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we disclaim implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit. These Terms do not require you to indemnify us for our own conduct.
Disputes and applicable law
Please contact Support first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by New York law, without its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law gives you protections that cannot be waived. Disputes may be brought in courts having lawful jurisdiction; nothing here prevents an eligible small-claims action or complaint to a regulator. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Changes to these Terms
The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be notified through the service or your account contact details where appropriate. A revised version will not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase without a lawful basis and any required consent. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
